Rob has a unique combination of sales, marketing and financial expertise, and he has proven experience in the development and management of short and long term strategies for growth and profitability for emerging growth companies. While he focuses primarily on early stage companies, Rob’s successful assignments have included companies ranging in development phase from seed, to mezzanine, to preparation for public markets (IPO). Rob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Rob is passionate about photography and shelter animals. A cancer survivor, he uses his experience to help others through patient health advocacy. He is a volunteer with Arizona Humane Society and Imerman Angels. Rob is currently based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Ron Bardach

Founder and Partner

Ron is an accomplished leader in the staffing and recruitment industry with extensive experience in consulting and advising founders. He has built a career by working with C-level executives and business owners, helping them improve best practices, compliance, technology, and strategic operations. With decades of experience, Ron has guided organizations towards success, particularly in technology, marketing, and revenue generation. He has also facilitated transactions for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 giants such as Texas Instruments, Siemens US, and Walmart.

In the recruitment and staffing sector, Ron leverages his extensive network and expertise gained during his past tenure with TechServe Alliance and working with several companies in the Staffing tech stack space. Additionally, as former U.S. Director for the global private equity company Recruitment Entrepreneur, Ron managed the group’s origination, expansion, and investment strategy in the United States.

Ron is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he competed in Division 1 cross-country and track. He has continued to compete at high levels throughout his life in road racing, marathons, ultramarathons, and triathlons, including Ironman races.  Ron is currently based out of Vienna, Virginia.
